balance, and who believe that infirmity and dis-ease are not unavoidable
consequences of aging.

a comfortable, safe and supportive environment that will enable you to
achieve your health goals. I have studied the major dietary theories
and use practical lifestyle coaching methods that make changes easy to
incorporate into your daily life. We work together, each step of the
way, while discovering which approach works best for you.
Far too many approaches to wellness and nutrition dwell on rigid,
by-the-book ways that seek to address change through counting calories,
carbs, fat, and proteins. I don't believe that this is a healthy
way to succeeding in making life-long changes. Instead of creating
lists of restrictions and good and bad activities and foods, I coach my
clients to create healthy and balanced lives in a way that is
flexible, fun and not rooted in denial. My clients tell me that they
never feel like they are being held to rigid standards or that they are
even on a diet at all, most say that it's the first time they have ever felt this way. We all know that rigidity and diets don't work in the
long run, and, as it happens, our bodies always seem to have a way of
finding the weight that it has "lost".
No one food plan, movement program, or lifestyle modification works for
everyone. I will guide you to find the lifestyle choices that best
support you, because you are as unique as your fingerprint. I will help you to make gradual, lifelong changes that enable you to reach your health goals.
