I practice a holistic approach to health and wellness, which means that I look at how all of the areas of your life connect to create balance. I would like for you to look at these questions and answer them honestly to guide your decision to take the next step in your journey to true well-being.

  • Do you look at yourself in the mirror and wonder if you will ever like what you see?
  • Do you have so little time for yourself that you find yourself eating what is quick and easy and then overeating all of the wrong foods?

Customized Six Month Program

Your Customized Six Month ‘Break Your Habits’ 1:1 Coaching program allows you to break old habits and replace them with habits that better serve you. It is my most popular program. The Six Month Program includes:

  • 1 hour free initial meeting. Here we will review your challenges and goals and determine if we are a good coaching match.
  • Two-60 minute consultations per month, for Six Months, spaced two weeks apart, to address your goals and progress and together determine the simple action plans. Sessions take place locally or long distance, either in person, phone or skype. All work great!
  • Free email support between sessions to carry through with the critical accountability piece, this frequency is mutually agreed upon.
  • Simple, but informative handouts, articles, and books that will increase your knowledge base.
  • Giveaways that support what we are discussing in our sessions.
  • Recipes that are whole food based, nutrient dense, yummy, and, most critically, simple to prepare.
  • Exercise/movement, relaxation program implementation and guidance.
  • Whatever else you may need specific to your individual needs.
  • Detailed summaries sent to you after each session with areas of focus and progress delineated for the session.

Customized Three Month Program

Your Customized Three Month ‘New Beginnings’ 1:1 Coaching Program allows you to begin to make wonderful changes. The Three month program includes the following:

  • 1 hour free initial meeting. Here we will review your challenges and goals and determine if we are a good coaching match
  • Two-60 minute consultations per month, for Three Months, spaced two weeks apart, to address your goals and progress and together determine the simple action plans. Sessions take place locally or long distance, either in person, phone or skype. All work great!,
  • Free email support between sessions to carry through with the critical accountability piece, this frequency is mutually agreed upon.
  • Simple, but informative handouts, articles, and books that will increase your knowledge base
  • Giveaways that support what we are discussing in our sessions
  • Recipes that are Whole Food based, nutrient dense, yummy, and, most critically, simple to prepare
  • Exercise/movement, relaxation program implementation and guidance
  • Whatever else you may need specific to your individual needs.
  • Detailed summaries sent to you after each session with areas of focus and progress delineated for the session.

*** The significant difference is the length of commitment to yourself working with me as your coach, to make necessary lasting changes and to reach the goals you are looking to reach in a slow, steady and manageable way. Costs are greater per session. I do this because I am strongly encouraging the lengthier commitment. I know, from my experience with my clients, that this is most often what it takes to have health goals stick. Ultimately, though, this is your decision, which I fully respect and support.

Program Pricing

Six Month ‘Break Your Habits’ 1:1 Coaching Program – Payment at first session is $120 per 60 minute session x12 sessions and includes the entire list from above during and between sessions = $1,440

Three Month ‘New Beginnings’ 1:1 Coaching Program – Paid at first session is $130 per 60 minute session x6 sessions and includes the entire list from above during and between sessions = $780

Single Sessions – Includes summaries, hand outs, goal setting and guidance in all ways that you need me to guide you. This works well if you are self-motivated and don’t need the accountability piece and have a specific goal in mind. Each 60 minute session = $140

Group Wellness Talks – Prices vary.

Grocery Store visits – The price of my hourly time and are prorated as such.

Women’s Group Wellness Retreats- beginning in May 2019 in gorgeous Asheville, NC (details to follow)

Women’s Group Cleanses/Detoxes/Jump start programs -beginning Winter 2018 (details to follow)
