Decreasing Your Anxiety and Depression

Our culture knows very little about how to healthfully approach the root cause of anxiety, depression and low motivation. Living with anxiety and depression and low motivation can often feel life-contracting and can make you feel like you aren’t living the full life you long for. As your health coach, I will help you work towards correcting these imbalances.

We will look at the many aspects of your health and life to figure out how they contribute to your challenges.

We will discuss possible contributing factors that may lead to your anxiety and/or depression and low motivation.

When it comes to medicine, it has a place in treating anxiety and depression. It also has the potential to make things worse. It's something I've seen time and time again.

  • As examples, yoga, mindfulness and time in nature can help reduce your anxiety and depression. It will also help you feel more vitalized, balanced, and improve your well-being.
