I can assure you the opposite of healthy relationship with food is:

  • counting calories,

  • measuring macros,

  • weighing yourself

  • hyper-fixating on food

And I can comfortably say that it will pretty much never lead to lasting weight loss.

While we work together, you will learn:

  • How to prepare simple and nutritious meals

  • Being in constant stress increases cortisol in your body, causing you to have a larger mid-section.

    Solution: Implement lifestyle changes, support your adrenals, and implement mindful movement in nature - to name a few!

  • There may be deficiencies in a certain probiotic in your gut that is directly related to weight gain and difficulty in releasing weight.

Solution: Implement more peaceful exercise that gives your body the chance to balance and heal.
