Our culture knows very little about how to healthfully approach the root cause of anxiety, depression and low motivation. Living with anxiety and depression and low motivation can often feel life-contracting and can make you feel like you aren’t living the full life you long for. As your health coach, I will help you work towards correcting these imbalances.
